Swim4Life is the brain child of Kathy Heenan,
about whom you can read on this site. A passionate woman with a unique
ability to teach adults in all aspects of swimming, from learning, to
stroke correction, to squad work and drills
During summer, she is based at Norwood and offers the following services:
- Lap squad
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Norwood 50m pool (outdoor)
7 am - 8 am.
- Adult Learn to swim or one-on-one stroke correction
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Norwood 50m pool (outdoor)
8 am - 9 am.
